Rimer Cardillo: A Journey to Ombú Bellaumbra

Ombú Bellaumbra is the title of the retrospective exhibition with new installations at the Art Museum of the Americas, Washington, DC.
The Ombú (guaraní name) is the dominant tree of the landscape of the Pampas.
It is a symbol of resilience and sustainability due to the different characteristics that it possesses.

The exhibition opens on Friday March 25 and closes Sunday May 29 2016.
